Performing Arts Collection Research Service

The Performing Arts Collection Research Service aims to foster and facilitate research into performing arts history by providing access to the Performing Arts Collection. Researchers can visit (by prior appoinment only) the Research Service on Tuesdays and Thursdays  9.30am- 4.30pm. Our Access Co-ordinator will be available at  these times to assist researchers with information retrieval. Researchers can obtain copies of photographs, documents and objects in the Collection subject to copyright obligations and any other restrictions.

One of the benefits of visiting the Research Service in person is access to the Collection's Specialist Library. Containing more than 4,000 books relating to the performing arts both in Australia and internationally, the library also includes news clipping files 1982-1992, research files on the performing arts, electronic resources, magazines and journals.
