The payment of your membership will be processed using PayPal. You can use Visa or Mastercard to make your PayPal payment or draw the funds from your existing PayPal account.
No. When you proceed to the payment page at Paypal, you have the option of paying with a credit card without registering for a Paypal account.
When you join online, your payment is handled through the well-known e-commerce vendor, PayPal, and will be processed with the most up to date security technologies available. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the Arts Centre, and is stored securely only on the PayPal server. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
If you don't have a credit card, you can pay for the membership by cheque, as long as it's drawn on an Australian bank account. Simply download the join form and send it with your cheque (payable to the Victorian Arts Centre Trust) to:

You can also purchase or renew a membership in person at the Arts Centre Box Office located at Level 5, 100 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.
Your membership card will be posted to you once we have received confirmation of your payment. Please allow 5 working days.
Yes you can become a member of the Arts Centre when living in another country. But please be aware that the benefits of Arts Centre Membership are designed for people living in Melbourne. Vibe competitions are only open to Australian residents.
The membership fee is inclusive of GST.

Membership fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Arts Centre membership. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase.
